If you are a producer or buyer and you see something you are interested in developing, you just make the creator an offer through the chat or message them and get the ball rolling! If a price is agreed upon between the two parties, then the sale is made, and the dream starts to become a reality! A brokerage fee of 2% of the agreed selling price will be paid to Screepto by each party- The producer/buyer, and the creator.

Gas Fee: This fee is so a creator who is minting an NFT, can validate a transaction on the blockchain network. It is volatile because it uses a unit called gwei which is a small fraction of Ether. With Ether’s price changing frequently, the Gas fee follows its changes. This can vary from tens of USD to hundreds of USD.

Listing Fee:

This is a one-time fee of $4.99. This fee is what Screepto charges for hosting and listing the literary work as an NFT on our marketplace.
